FAQ: Where do I find Checklist data including pictures taken in the WorkLink Instructions Procedure?

If you have taken pictures with the photo prompts within your work instructions procedure, where you will find these pictures and other checklist data depend on the publishing type (online/offline) and the device type.

1. With online publishes and data tracking enabled, the pictures are uploaded to the CMS and stored with the projects session data.

Note: Data Tracking is enabled for Persistent and Passive Session types only.

   2. With offline publishes, pictures are stored within the device app, e.g for iOS devices, you can retrieve the data using iTunes. Learn more : Local Work Instructions.
