CMS: Update Company Privacy Settings
Admins can enable or disable their company privacy settings to control the storing of session data, sharing of screenshots and recording of session by users during a Remote Assistance call. The setting is enabled by default.
Storing : Capturing and storing of session/call data.
Screen shots : Sharing precision views to call participants. When disabled, users can use precision mode, but cannot email the screenshots.
Video recordings: Controls whether or not a user can record the session.
Follow the steps below to enable/disable privacy settings:
As an Admin, sign in to the CMS.
Click on "Calls Portal" (For Remote AR user access).
3. Navigate to "Edit company" to enable or disable the privacy settings, then "Save."
4. Users must sign out and sign back into the WorkLink App to see privacy changes.
