The Expert or Tech can load a scenario while connected on a WorkLink Remote Assistance call by following the steps below:
1. Tech calls an Expert.
2. When connected, Tech/Expert taps on the paperclip icon to load a scenario for both users on the call.
Note: To share a scenario on a WorkLink Remote Assistance call, at least one of the users must have a WorkLink Viewer license.
