You can initiate a password reset from the WorkLink App on your device or the CMS.
1. Launch the App, enter your username >>Next>> "Forgot Password".
2. You see the prompt below, click "OK".
3. You will get an email, click "Change your Password".
4. Enter new password, confirm new password and click "Change my Password".
1. Visit the CMS (cms.scopear.com). Enter your Username and click on "Forgot your password".
2. Enter your Username or Email address and click on "Send me reset password instructions".
4. You will receive an email (exactly same as the one in step 3 above for WorkLink App), click on "Change your password" and enter/confirm your new password.
