FAQ: Who can delete call session recordings on the CMS?
Only Techs can delete recordings on the CMS. A tech is the person who initiates the call.
Experts will not be able to delete call recordings on the CMS. An expert is the person who receives the call. An expert will receive the prompt below if he/she attempts to delete a call recording from the CMS:
